Error code 213 al abrir illustrator

Question

Buenos días,llevo años usando ADOBE y es la primera vez que me da este error. He iniciado mi ordenador y me ha saltado una ventana de ilustrator para que inicie sesion en mi cuenta (nunca me lo había pedido antes) y al iniciar la sesión me ha saltado el error 213. No me deja usar mis programas...a qué se debe? qué puedo hacer? Gracias!
