Error guardado Illustrator

Hola,

 

Me sale de forma contínua este error desde hace una semana

 

 

Ya he desinstalado, vuelto a instalar, he bajado a una verisón anterior y no hay manera de que se solucione, estoy perdiendo horas de trabajo por culpa de esto.

 

¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?

 

Trabajo con un  MACStudio M2 Max de 32 GB con Sequuio 15.5.

 

Nunc he tenido problemas hasta ahora

Could you please confirm the version of Illustrator you're currently using? Since you've already tried reinstalling and rolling back, I'd recommend going through the steps mentioned in this article to troubleshoot the "unknown error":

So you have a file that you cannot open?

Did you already do what is described in the dialog?

Hola,

Sí, ya lo hice. Pero me pasa con muchos archivos nuevos que voy creando, no es con uno solo. Este error lleva una semana, hasta ahora nunca he tenido problemas

So you are creating files and then a couple days later you cannot open them?

 

WHere are you saving your files? If not on your internal harddisk, do that.

Also if it is turned on, turn off "Save in background".

 

Can your files still be opened in Acrobat?
