Error ID: -50 crash all AI, nothing left in whole file !

Hi,
I need a quick solution to the problem. An error with ID: -50 appeared, and it's unable to display the preview. After that, Illustrator crashed, and I no longer have anything inside the file, even though I saved it many times, most recently just before the program crashed. This is a business account, and I have deadlines approaching, but I don't have anything from the file where everything is located inside. File was saved local, not on Cloud.
The account is under the Adriateh company. email account is design@adriateh.hr. 

What's happening Adobe? I need urgent help!!!

I'm here to help. Please share the file with us so that we can investigate the issue further and the exact location/path where it was saved on your computer.     Also, you may try opening the file on a different computer or a different version of Illustrator to see if it opens up or not.

    Do you have a version control in your system? Can you go back a few hours?

     

    In Illustrator preferences it is usually good to turn off "Save in background". But that won't give you back the file.

     

    @Anshul_Saini  can you please help with a file?

    I'm sorry, but you're not offering any solution? Am I left to chance? How is it possible for the file to remain blank when it contained about 10MB of design that needs to be submitted to the client tomorrow? What does error ID 50 mean? If you don't know, who does, and why did it occur? What if it happens again in another case? How can I save the files?

    I need a solution from your side, please.

    This is a public forum. 95% of participants are volunteers. Staff is marked as such.

     

    When working on important files, just saving is not sufficient. Having backup copies means that you save multiple versions of the file on different volumes. There can always be issues with files e.g. when the computer crashes while saving.

    The file has been saved locally from the beginning. Windows 10 Pro 22H2. Illustrator version 27.6.1.
