Error ID: -54 can't save adobe ilustrator archive on Windows 10

Hello, i use adobe illustrator 2020 software and when i save an archive in Ai or PDF it doesn´t save as any of them, it save as TMP format and have a name like ~ai-578f3acc-f761-4ec3-832b-ce3859276d4c_

Also i can´t modify previus files that i have worked

Please i need you help solve this

Which system is it?

What do you save? A file?

Where do you save?

 

It might be "Save in background" interfering with this. You can turn it off in Preferences > File handling & clipboard.

Thanks my pc is windows 10, and every file i save as Ai and PDF pc has the same error, also when i try to export as PNG or JPG is not posible, the only files that save is the cloud files but also i cannot save as PDF

I´ll try to turn off the save in background
