Error Illustratior ID-5000

Hi all,

 

Since 2 days i receive the error ID -5000 where it says that it cannot save the illustration since i do not have the rights. I tried to save the illustration to my Macbook. 

 

It started out of nowhere since i've been always able to save the illustrations I made.

 

I already tried to restart everything, sign in and out etc but nothing seems to work. 

 

Does anyone know what to do?

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you kindly try these steps and share your observations:

  • Go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Full Disk Access > Check Adobe Illustrator. It will ask you to quit Illustrator and relaunch it.

    Note: Kindly unlock the window by clicking on the lock icon at the bottom left corner of the window if you cannot check the box for Illustrator or if it is greyed out.
