Error !IMP when ever I use the square tool or circle tool

I Only get this when using the circle or square tool, It makes it impossible to use (type does not work and neither does drag and draw)

Which version and system is it?

Did you already try rebooting the system?

Or resetting the preferences (this will erase all your settings)
