Error report Illustrator

Hello. 

 

Each time I try to upload a pdf-file to Adobe Illustrator I get an error report. I also can't create new files with Adobe Illustrator. 

Does someone know how I can fix this problem?

Which version? Which system?

What do you mean "upload"? Uploading usually means uploading to a network. You want to open a file?

From where?

Please tell us the exact error message.

 

Since you also can't create new files:

Please check your user privileges on the computer

Please connect a printer and set it up as the default printer.

I use Adobe Creative Cloud Academic Software and have problems with Ilustrator. I guess I have the latest version of Adobe CC, because I bought the programm a few weeks ago.

Yes, I have problems when I want to open the file. 

The error report doesn't say anything but that there is an error. It also asks me if I want to sent the error report or not

Where is your file located? If not on the clocal harddisk please move it there.
