what could be the error when exporting to jpeg/ png??

Does the error still pop up after rebooting the computer?

How large is the image and how large are you exporting it?

the file is quite large.
it's 8 ft by 10ft.

I don't know which size I exported it as.
I just exported it as is.
is there a way to export it in a smaller size?

Try lowering the resolution to 150 ppi. You've probably hit a limit.
