Error while opening PDFs in other applications "PDF content missing"

When I tried to open my date which I used and saved everyday, the illustrator said this document have changed by other soft,

And I opens , it said that

this is the illustrator file that don't conclude the content of PDF.

 

I tried to this things,but I can't open correct date.

•saved again(including PDF date)

•restart computer

•update illustrator

 

what should I do to get the correct date back.

  • OS and version of Illustrator
  • I am assuning you are getting this error while opening the files.
  • Is the issue related to a specific document? If yes, could you please share the document with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud and share the download link.
  • Where the files are saved (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?
