Good afternoon

After 10 minutes of working in adobe illustrator is blocked and does not let you select any options.

Shortly shows the memnsaje "stopped working" and generates the following error message:

Current computer configuration:

Processor: intel xeon

Ram: 8GB

HDD: 500Gb

Video card: 1Gb

We have already tried several options:

- Install again

- Install windows again

- increase memory from 8 GB to 16 GB

- Change of computer

None of the above has worked.

I appreciate your help with the solution.

thank you very much for your help

    I already found the solution,

You must delete the illustrator and photoshop folders found in:

    C: \ Users \ marodriguez \ AppData \ Roaming \ Adobe

And delete all the files and folders that are in:

    C: \ Users \ marodriguez \ AppData \ Local \ Temp

Finally restart the computer and it works correctly

    Thanks for the input.

Perform the steps but still do not solve the problem, the error still occurs.

Do you use any third party plugins?

Are all fonts checked for corruption?

Is a printer installed ad turned on?

Nay chance to isolate the cause of the crash? What are you doing the moment before it crashes?
