Error working on Adobe Illustrator CC

thank you very much for your helpI already found the solution,You must delete the illustrator and photoshop folders found in:C: \ Users \ marodriguez \ AppData \ Roaming \ AdobeAnd delete all the files and folders that are in:C: \ Users \ marodriguez \ AppData \ Local \ TempFinally restart the computer and it works correctly
