Errore durante la stampa illustrator

Ciao a tutti.. Uso illustrator per creare file da mandare in stampa alla mia macchina taglio laser.. Negli ultimi giorni mi sta dando dei problemi (vedi allegato) nel momento in cui mando in stampa il documento mi da l'errore..

Ho già provato a sentire l'assistenza con PREFERENZE-GENERALI-REIMPOSTA PREFERENZE.. Solo la prima volta ha funzionato adesso anche con questi passaggi da l'errore.. Mi fa strano che fino all'altro ieri andava tranquillamente.. Unica cosa sono ferma con il lavoro.. Grazie a tutti

Martina,

 

The error seems to be insufficient memory, which can be caused by a document that is overly complex/too large file size, or that something else is using some of the memory needed.

 

What happens if you shut down everything else and only run AI?

 

Can you try with a simplified version/reduced file size?

 

Remember to keep the original document/file.

Ho controllato la memoria e c'è ancora tantissimo spazio.. Ho provato anche con una semplice scritta/linea e fa lo stesso errore
