Errors on Ai opening

HI,
I wondered if anyone could help with my errors when opening Ai.
One error is:
Some plugins in the additional Plug-ins folder are conflicting with application or user plugins. IFt will skip loading plugins from the additional plug-ins folder.

The 2nd is:

Plugin issues detected.

to fix te issues, you can try relaunching Ai in safe mode. SummaCC2018aip

 

I don't know how to, but I want to remove this plug-in as I recall it causing a problem last time annoying it does not appear to work though.

Is there somewhere i can go in Ai to remove / disable the plug-in?
