Esko Plugin on Illustrator

Good afternoon,


Recently I changed my computer and now I have a problem using the Esko plugin (Dynamic Barcodes) on Illustrator.

I have installed on the new PC the versions of Adobe Creative Cloud (6.0.0.571) and Adobe Illustrator (version 27.0).

On the older computer, I have installed Adobe Illustrator (version 25.0) and the Esko plugin works.
In Creative Cloud (6.0.0.571) and don't have available version 25 of Illustrator to download.

 

There may be some incompatibility with the Illustrator version?

It is possible to download Illustrator (version 25.0) and use it with my Adobe account?

    In order to get older version, you need to contact Customer Care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

    And explain the issue to them. But still they decide whether they give it to you or not. This is a public forum, we can't give it to you.
