Estou com problema no illustrator, janelas piscando

Estou a algum tempo com problemas no illustrator, o mesmo trava e não consigo salvar o arquivo, fica com a janelas piscando, não consigo salvar como, nem salvar como web, qualquer comando que abre uma janela a mesma pisca e fecha. o programa esta atualizado , ja tentei versões anteriores e o mesmo erro persisti.

Atualizei para a versão 27.0 e não estava funcionando.

Apaguei todas as pastas antigas de instalação e reinstalei todo o Adobe Creative Cloud.
E agora parece ter funcionado.
Estou avaliando o funcionamento e comunico em breve.

Estou com o mesmo problema.

Já atualizei o Illustrator, instalei a versão anterior, atualizei o driver da placa de vídeo, voltei para uma versão anterior do driver... O que mais posso fazer para resolver?

We are sorry for the trouble & delayed response. Would you mind updating Illustrator to v27.0 and seeing if that helps?

If it doesn't, please check if pressing ctrl+e helps or not. Also, is this happening randomly or constantly? What are other apps running in the background?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. Could you please share a few more details like:

OS and the exact version of Illustrator installed currently

Does the crash happen while launching Illustrator or after Illustrator is open?
Does a crash happen while performing a specific action (export, save, using the pen tool, etc.)?
Does the crash happen while working on a specific document or all?
Are you unable to save a specific file or all?
Share crash logs by following the steps mentioned in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html).
While submitting the crash report, please use the same email address with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly.
When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions installed recently.
Which GPU are you using? Is it an external GPU?
Does turning off GPU Performance from Illustrator Preferences (ctrl + k/ cmd + k > Perfromace > uncheck GPU Performance) help resolve the issue?
Are you using any external monitors? If yes, what is the resolution and refresh rate of that monitor?
A small video demonstrating the issue could be really helpful.

Estou com a versão do illustrator 25.4.1 no em inglês. Uso windows 10 também está atualizado. O problema acontece em qualquer arquivo do illustrator, o programa abre normalmente mais qualquer comando que abre uma nova janela ou mais opções não abre. Ex. Quando tento ir em contorno e mudar alguma coisa como espessura ou colocar tracejado, essa janela de opções não aparece fica piscando. Ou quando vou fechar o documento a janela que pergunta se desejo salvar pisca e some na tela não me dando opção de salvar o arquivo e não me deixando encerrar o programa. Tenho que finalizá-lo pelo gerenciador de tarefas. Ja desistalei outras versões e o mesmo acontece.
