Hello,

Im using same old technique Object > Live Paint > Expand. Then remove unecessary colors for example White in logo design. But it acts weird.

I have attached screenshot.. there is only one difference white color removed.
Right one transparent, left one still with white bg.

like, what is this sorcery? Im Using illustrator for already 10+ years

It's caused by anti-aliasing.

The white elements were probably on top of the black ones. Anti-aliasing makes them appear larger.

If the gaps are getting that narrow then they are probably too small for printing.

You can use Effect > Path > Offset path and use a negative value. Afterwards expand appearance.

Since it's actually only those inside lines that need to be fatter, you could use a more elaborate proces and first cut those lines out of the white objects that you deleted, then offset path and then subtract them from the black elements.
