Export/Import settings - What EXACTLY does it save?

Hello,

I've been looking around at posts, youtube videos and articles to find out what exactly is saved with the "Export Settings" option under "Edit" in Illustrator. Everyone says the workspace and the preferences are saved. Will it also save Keyboard Shortcuts, Profile (Brush assets, Graphic Styles, Character styles etc), swatches and actions? Is a full list of what this saves available?
