Export Layer Metadata

Hi all,

I need to reach/export layer(s) medata as JSON etc. Coz I want to send data to another application with API and will use layer(s) data at other side. I could not find any extension related to exporting layer(s). Previously, I exported the file via using export file extension codes and sent the data to my app. I need same logic for layers. Do you have any advice to me?
