when i export my file to jpg 300ppi the jpg file has a white boarder but its not showing in my illustrator artboad how to remove those white lines. i can crop my image but  i want remove it from via illustrator and sorry for my english knowledge

When you export at 300 ppi you are resampling the image in a way that Illustrator needs to add pixels to it. Try and export at a multitude of 72 ppi.
