exported illustrator jpeg not centered in A4 file

hello

i have made a logo in illustrator and centered it on a A4 document. now i exported it as a jpeg and it will not appear centered.

What can I do?

Did you use artboards when exporting?

Thank you for your reply. With the path view I saw that I had some small elements around the logo. After deleting them the logo was centered.
