Exporting a SVG but deforming the image

So I'm having issues saving this SVG and keeping it looking like it does in Illustrator. I messed with some saving settings and got it looking better but the first image below is as close as I can get, but I need it like it looks in Ai (second picture). 

Any help with this distortion? And how to properly save it?
