Exporting Action (Save for Web Legacy)

Hi There!

Is my idea possible to record this settings when exporting Ai --> GIF 32 and set the New image width = 760px and Retains the original proportion
unchecked "Clip to Artboard" 
and bypass this pop-up Save Optimized As window
