Exporting downsized *.PNG with pixels snaped to pixel-grid

Hello

I already tested so many adivces, that I've decided to create this topic:
- while creating a new document, I should use the "Snap to the pixel-grid", so edges of new objects are sharp,
BUT...
How should I export the same document with different / smaller size? I would like to export as *.PNG,
but when I export, because objects get downsized, almost all edges are blured...

Well, since that, I've decided to manualy downscale group of objects and use the Snapp to the pixel grid button on
the control panel...But hey, this happens: https://image.prntscr.com/image/4l69IsvQT7O7YB_aA_q1TQ.png

My Snap to the pixel-grid settings looks like this: https://image.prntscr.com/image/1hm0xSlXTmW5sT1aszkAXw.png

Now I need to manualy position every object, because it will overlap, or move from the original position...
HOW PPL DO THAT? How do You export *.png with perfect edges?

My Rester DPI is set to High (300DPI), when exporting, I'm exporting as 300DPI, yet while exporting,
Illustrator downsizes the objects without snapping to the grid-pixel so almost all edges are blured...
When I manualy downsize the group of objets and use "Snap to the pixel-grid" some elements are overlaping
or not touching each other...

HOW, whats the trick here...?

* English isn't my main language, so...

When you set up your document use the exact pixel dimensions you want to export to. Otherwise resampling will occur and then of course blurring.

You can export to double size or other even calculations.

The error when later aligning objects to the grid happens because Illustrator doesn't know that these objects should be neighboruing after scaling and after aligning to the grid.

Raster effects resolution is irrelevant.

Setting export resolution to anything else than 72 ppi causes resampling.

So...There is no way to export multiple *.PNG files with different output size without loosing quality (because of pixels not beeing snapped to the pixel-grid properly).

Your suggestion is to create multiple documents - if I want to create objets on 1000x700px workspace, I can only export with 100% scale size, and if I want to change it to 250x133px, I need to MANUALY create an copy of original file, downsize it and snap to the pixel-grid and then export with 100% size...

Damn...If I need to export to 5 different sizes, I need to create 5 different documents...Or at least one, with 5 different sizes snaped to the grid...

Got it...I guess thats all.
Thank You
