exporting from ai into a standard .dxf does not work in 2025 version like it used to into 2024

i used to be able to export ai files into standard dxf files but now the export reads autodesk realdwg (*dxf) which does not convert pattern in correct size. when i bring the new dxf file into a PDS system the scale is too small . when before i was ble to do it in 2024 illstrator

Yes me too it was so classy for laser cut stuffs ?

Could you try the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/40dW9Es) to install an earlier version of Illustrator to see if it helps with your workflow?

Would you mind confirming more details, like the name/version of the PDS system used and a link to a sample AI/DXF file along with screenshots of the export settings used after uploading it to a file-sharing service, so I can check it with the team?
