exporting image in illustrator with high quality but image size also increase

in illustrator i am exporting a image which size is 400x400 if i increase reaslution 72 ppi to 300 then image quality increase but also size increase of image how i can export image in high quality without increasing size and also i export image in 72 resulation size remain same but quality is very low plase help

SO your goal is a certain pixel size and then high detail? That will not work. You have to adjust your design.

When you increase the resolution, you will get more pixels. That's how it works.
