Exporting issues - logo

Hello all, 

I'm trying to export my logo in SVG format, but one element of the logo does not export well at all. Its size and position are not correct. This specific piece of design has been integrated to the logo in SVG format. I have in total 2 layers (in Illustrator): 
- 1 layer with the outlines

- 1 layer with the background color.
The logo exports well in PNG format. 

How can I solve the issue in SVG format?

Attached are the image of the logo, and the image of what I obtain when I export it in SVG format.
