Exports from AI are blurry

after esporting images in 300ppi JPG and working with it in the 3rd app for email campaign images turn out very blurry. On teh other hand same preferrences and images last year were sharp clear.

Have no idea what has happened and what might cause such an issue.

What are the pixel dimensions of these images -- both the ones that were fine and those that were not?

both are the same dimentions 760x320 both exported from Illustrator - 300ppi, and yet when we are using those exported last year they - are sharp in the 3d party application, when ones that we exported now - are all blurry.
Have no idea what could have happened as we are using same document and same preferences.

If you open them side by side in Photoshop, are they the same resolution and PPI before viewing in this 3rd party app?
