Exprot Jpg with Illustrator settings

Hello everyone, I tried to show with the pictures

what I want to do with the script.

Is there someone who can help me with this?

1-) File -> Export As

2-) Especially select “ Use Artborads” and Range

3-) Quality 10 and resulation must 300

I think what you want is exportForScreens. This is not available to me in CS6, so I cannot help you. But you can look at these links.
