ExtendScript Select a portion of word/text in illustrator

Hi

how to  select a portion of word/text from textframe using script..

in the case of multiple styles, after selecting this portion of text, modify the content

pls help

    "Look at these two images. There is a text layer with various styles. I need a script that can automatically select a portion of the text, replace its content, and retain the original styles. Similar functionality is required."
