Extensions become grey out until reload of the app

I use some extensions from Adobe Marketplace like Scripshon Trees.
Sometimes all items in Windows - Extensions become greyed out
and I can’t use them until I reload the app.

I work on Mac OS Tahoe 26.5.2 in Illustrator 30.6.

I will be very thankful to anybody who could help me to fix this.

    Hello @borisboev,

    That does seem strange. Would you mind updating Illustrator to the latest version to see if that helps? Also, try to reset Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/4hAqAyh) and share your observations.

     

    Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders in case you want to. The location is mentioned above.
