The Illustrator eyedropper tool deosn't work on Google Chrome for some reason. It works on everything else even Mozilla Firefox browser but not Chrome. And yes all eyedropper options are selected and checked on. This issue only is happening with google chrome. When I attempt to pick up this tan color from chrome with the eyedropper tool it just shows up as black on Illustrator. Anyone know why?

Thank you very much. If anyone is looking for the answer go to the setting of Chrome -> system -> then turn off hardware acceleration and relaunch chrome. This fixed it for me.

Did you try if holding down the Shift key in Illustrator while dragging to Chrome helps?

That indicates issues with hardware acceleration. You need to check the relevant settings in Chrome.
