Facing problem in generating vector image.

Question

Today I got the updated version of adobe illustrator, there I get to see a new feature of generating vector image by givng ant random prompts. So, when I tried to generate pictures everytime its "cannot generate results due to connection issue. Please check your internet connection and try again".

But the thing is I'm having a very good connection of internet service, then why I'm repetedly facing such problem?

Hello @sohom_7182,Could you check if you have any VPNs or antivirus installed and temporarily disable them to see if it helps? Also, kindly share your Adobe ID (email address) via DM, so I can check your subscription details.Looking forward to hearing from you. Anubhav
