Fail to launch illustrator 23

Hello - this pops up when I try to launch Illustrator and I cannot seem to find a fix. Would someone be able to help me?

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove Illustrator and then reinstall using the Creative Cloud Desktop application to check if it helps?
