fallo con ventana de Guardar

¿Podrías ayudarme a solucionar este problema en illustrator, cuando quiero guardar mi archivo no me sale o no visualizo las opciones y me sale esa ventana en negro, como puedo solucionarlo?

@ruth38472883c31q this person suggested to 'Save as a Copy' that did the trick. And in that same post, some just log-out and signed back in...try those two methods!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience and for the delayed response. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly try the following steps and check if they help:

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:

(Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

(macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

- Relaunch Illustrator
