Feature Request: Enable Flick Panning in Adobe Illustrator

I would love to see Flick Panning (inertial scrolling) implemented in Adobe Illustrator and Indesign, just like in Photoshop. Currently, when using the Hand Tool (spacebar + drag), the canvas stops immediately when releasing the mouse or pen, which feels unnatural and less fluid.

Adding Flick Panning would greatly improve the user experience, making navigation smoother and more intuitive, especially for users switching between Adobe applications.
