Hace un mes no puedo ingresar a  mi cuenta de illustrator, me sale 'fetching your subscription details', tengo subscripcion activa. Necesito el acceso desde para ipad

Hello @Nairr,

That does seems strange. Could you check for any pending OS updates and install them to check if it helps? Also, try deleting the app, restarting your iPad and then reinstalling Illustrator to check if it helps.

Ya tiene todas las actualizaciones al dia, el ipad como el programa, elimine e instale nuevamente reiteradas veces, sigo sin poder acceder
