Fichiers Illustrator illisibles suite MAJ 30.1

Bonjour,

Je rencontre des problèmes de lecture de fichiers depuis la MAJ d'Illustrator. Je ne peux plus ouvrir mes fichiers malgré le fait qu'ils soient bien en (.ai) et aucune sauvegarde n'apparaît dans les dossiers de sauvegarde automatique alors que mon fichier date du 09/01/2026. La seule sauvegarde qui apparaît est du 06/01/2026...Comment puis-je récupérer mes fichiers ?

Thanks for sharing the screenshots and details. I'm sorry you're running into this.

To narrow this down, could you confirm whether these .ai files were created only in Illustrator, or if they were exported or edited in another app like CorelDRAW or Affinity? If they were created in Illustrator, please also let me know the version used. Were the files saved locally or in a synced location like Creative Cloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, or a network drive, and are you opening them now from a local folder or a synced one?

To check if this is version-specific, please try opening one of the affected files in Illustrator 2025, such as version 29.x or 28.x if you have it installed, and see if it opens there. You can keep both 29.x and 30.x installed side by side for this test.

If it still fails, please share the exact error you see. And if possible, share one of the affected files here or via DM using a cloud link if it's confidential, so we can test it on our side.
