"File cannot be opened" when the folder's name contain Chinese characters

Hi!

I have a complete set of the Adobe Production Premiere CS6 and it works great for me. But there is always a problem that bother me.

I use not only English but also Chinese as well. When i use AI and save it under a folder which has a Chinese name on it, the file cannot be save. (actually it did create a file but it is broken)

How can i fix it? Did anybody else got the same problem as i did? (or with other related product)
