Hi there,

Sorry about the delay. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. This error generally occurs when the connection between Printer and the your device has some issues.

If the issue is still not resolved, could you please try reconnecting the printer to the device and if that doesn't help, please try reinstalling Printer driver.

Feel free to let us know if you still need assistance, we'd be happy to help.

Regards,

Srishti

Which version, which system, which printer?

Did it ever work?

Does that happen with all files? Or just this one?

Which version:    25.2 (64bit)

Which system:    Windows 10 pro 20H2

Which printer:   TOSHIBA Universal PS3 Black & White

Did it ever work:  Before it was every time, and now is probably every second time I try to print – occasionally something will go through to the printer

Does that happen with all files? ALL
