File not opening

Ive recently started using Illustrator and i'm facing an issue.

The files dont open!!

I have saved my files to the cloud and when I open, Illustrator and double click on the files I want to open, nothing happens. So I opened the files using Files>Open recent files.

Despite the above, 1 file is not opening. I dont know what to do. I have restarted my laptop and also reinstalled illustrator.

Please help ASAP as I need the files for important work!
