files export issue

While exporting files from illustrator to jpeg and png, the image loses quality while the vector elements like curves are being exported wrongly. I'm adding some exported example to make me understand a little better.

What could be the problem? Could it be concerned to gpu?

I'm using an iMac M1 2021, 16gb ram, Mac OS Monterey 12.6

GPU only affects display in the Illustrator canvas space.

Your images don't really do much to display the problems you perceive. It might help if you can post images that demonstrate the difference between pre-export and post-export.

You are exporting vector graphics to raster formats, making them resolution-dependent, so perceived degradation of display quality may be inevitable, depending on the exported resolution, factored by output (print or display) size.

Yes, sorry.

However, the degradation level is too hight - I'm saving it in 1080x1080, 72dpi, tried both png and jpeg.
It's not the first time I'm having this problem - usually I just restart the mac or something like this and the problem disappears, but in the last couple of days it doesn't. Now I just turned on the computer and everything functions, but I don't know if the problem will reappear during the day.

I'm adding three files - the screenshot of the element inside illustrator, the well-exported version of the file and the file I added yesterday - wrongly exported. Both versions were exported in the same way - cmd+opt+E -> export an artboard -> jpg 100/ png24

Can you check if the ant-aliasing options differ? Art Optimized vs Type Optimized?
