fill not following the same path that I've made with pen tool

This is a super zoomed in screenshot, and as you can see, the blue line path is what I've done with pen tool, but the green fill isn't following the same path. No matter how much I try to manipulate the anchor, it's not following the exact same path for some reason. Does anyone know why that's happening?

    Yes! that worked! thank you...what exactly is the difference between view of CPU & GPU? should I keep viewing on CPU forever?

    One uses your CPU to render content, and the other your GPU. GPU preview should be faster and supports more features (such as real-time drawing, scrubby zoom), but it is more susceptible to bugs.
