Fill Over Stroke

Hello folks!

I am experiencing a hiccup in color selection. If I attempt to manually select the color of an object's stroke, the color will be transferred to the fill instead. I have uninstalled and re-installed Illustrator without retaining preferences and the problem has persisted. Screenshots of what I mean are attached.

Any advice is welcome!

Looks like this bug:]https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/49089431-using-color-mixer-in-control-panel-for-stroke-chan

Seems fixed in the 29,2 update (should be everywhere available soon) in the meantime use the color picker in the tools panel or the color panel.

It's a bug. If you want to apply color to the stroke, the stroke needs to be focused.
