Find & Highlight Duplicated Text Words

Heaven-o for everyone.

Looking for some way to find duplicated text words, there is a function Edit > Check Spelling but it is not automated i must press allot Ignore button and having hundreds of words it would take allot of time if not maybe damage the mouse button.

Is there something else available in AI which we not know can someone reply please?
P.s. i searched the forums and found an unanswered topic.
