Finding a lost file by a color or a word

I've lost a .ai file somewhere on my hard drive or iCloud drive. I've tried everything I can think of to find it via its name, or when it was created, which was years ago. Is there a way to search using the contents of the file? I found it embedded as a jpeg in a Word document, so I know some of the words it contains, and roughly what colors it contains.

You can search the file content using your operating system's means. It just will take forever and depending how the text was created, it may not provide a parseable text string. So if you converted those texts to outlines and AI didn't store the original text input you're out of luck.
