Floating panels auto-close instantly – Illustrator UI bug

Question

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a strange issue with Illustrator (latest version). Whenever I open any floating panel – like Color, Artboards, Transform, etc. – the panel shows up for a split second and then immediately closes by itself. I'm unable to interact with it at all.I've already tried:Resetting preferencesReinstalling IllustratorUpdating GPU driversTesting with different workspacesBut nothing worked so far.I'm running Illustrator on Windows 11 Home Version 24H2.Has anyone encountered this before or found a fix?Thanks in advance!

Hello @WenHilario,I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you try running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows) or under a different administrator account (Windows) to check if it helps? If the problem persists, kindly try the following steps and share your observations:- Close all Adobe applications.- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:(Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP - Relaunch Illustrator Looking forward to hearing from you.Anubhav
