Focus Font Field

In previous versions of Illustrator, I was able to focus the Font Field by pressing CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F. That no longer works. I don't know if that change is associated with Illustrator or the OS. I know it worked with Windows 7, but does not work with Windows 10.

What is the current keyboard shortcut for that function? If there is not one, is there a way to assign one?

Yes, go your Edit menu and select keyboard shortcuts, in the dialog box that pops up select "menu commands" from the dropdown menu under the set name. Type "font" in the search field. Next, look under "Other Text" and you'll see "Highlight Font" listed. If a shortcut is assigned, it will show the key combination. You can choose to create your own key combination, if you like, and click "OK".

Thanks for the reply. That is the key combination that is assigned. After digging around some, I see that it's Windows that is nullifying the key combination.

CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+M, Highlight Font (Secondary), does what I desire. I don't know what Secondary mean, and I cannot easily press these 4 buttons with my left hand. I've reassigned Highlight Font to CTRL_ALT_SHIFT+A.

Again, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
