Font activation issues between 2 different releases of Adobe Illustrator

Hi,I have an issue where if I open an old artwork in Illustrator 2024 the fonts don’t activate but when I open the same artwork in Illustrator 2021 they active as the always have.I’m using Font Explorer X Pro which I know is no longer supported but it obviously works OK or the fonts wouldn’t active at all so I’m thinking that isn’t the issue but I may be wrong!Any help/advice would be great.G

You may need to update the auto-activation plug-in to work with Ai 2024. I'm unfamiliar with Font Explorer (I use Extensis Connect to manage local fonts) but every time I update my font manager I have to update the plug-ins. You should be able to have plug-ins for each version of Ai that you're using.
