Hello everyone. Can someone help me locate this font please? Is is available through Adobe?

Looks like the font from Webster's Dictionary, or close to it. I need to replicate the written text in pic, please.

looks like it. even the the lower case v, but it's itallic. Thank you...

Never would I had thought it was Times New Roman.
