Font is not exported when packaging

Dear all,

I have a font installed through Adobe Fonts. Usually, when I export the illustrator file it will also export the font together. However, this time it is not exporting the font that I need to send to the print company. It showed a permission restriction thing when I packaged the document (see attached). But since the font is from Adobe Fonts I thought it would copy the file and save it in the package folder.

Does anyone have any idea why it won't copy? The font is Klavika family.

Thank you.

Karen

Adobe Fonts will not be packaged, because the people receiving your file, need to have the Cloud as well in order to even open the file. So they can just synchronize the font.

I see! Thanks for the reply. I thought when I used Adobe Fonts before they all got exported but perhaps those were my local fonts.
