Font is not showing up in Illustrator - MAC

Hi there, 

I have tried everything possible including writing the support several times (including Remote work) however no one seems to have a solution to such a porblem (On a Mac instead of Windows machine)

I have a font (Hiragino Mincho Pro) via Adobe fonts installed which is not shown up in Illustrator however in every other Adobe programm which I use (Photoshop/Indesign).

Is there any fix which is known of?
